After Gateway

After Gateway is a non-profit day health program helping adults with severe developmental disabilities achieve the highest possible quality of life by giving them opportunities to be productive, happy, and empowered.

Our goal is $25,000 Which will go towards program educational supplies and other materials for our participants.
Any help you can give is appreciated. 

COVID-19 has affected our program greatly which is why this fundraising is so important: We are not able to provide services to all of our families due to our participants being medically fragile or critical care. We are currently able to meet the needs of less than half our current participants with in-home care.
